We intend to compile a collection of papers on the study of the Zhuang language and culture. If you would like your paper to be considered for publication, please return an electronic version of the manuscript as an e-mail attachment to the Organizing Committee at zhuang@hkusua.hku.hk on or before August 31, 2005.

Manuscript Submission:

• Please leave your manuscript anonymous for the purposes of reviewing.

• Information about the author(s) should be included in the body of the e-mail message. This includes (i) the title of the manuscript, (ii) full name(s) of author(s), and (iii) contact e-mail address of (first) author. Please also include a short paragraph of 50 to 100 words of biodata for each author in the body of the e-mail message.

• When you are formatting of manuscript, please:-

• use international A4-sized paper;

• leave a margin of 1 inch on all four sides;

• use Times New Roman point-12 font;

• single-space the manuscript throughout;

• number all examples, figures and graphs consecutively, with one blank line before and after each example/figure/graph.

• highlight the subtitles by making them bold and begin the first section with '1', not '0'.

• Only electronic versions in .doc or .rtf formats will be accepted. (Sorry, we cannot handle Mac files.) If you are concerned that your fonts, characters, diagrams … etc. may be distorted in the course of the file transfer, you are welcome to send us a .pdf version of your manuscript in addition to the .doc/.rtf version.
