Minimum Stay: 1 month (Full monthly lodging fee will be charged for residence of less than a month)

Maximum Stay: up to August 1, 2012 (extension and renewal are not automatic. Please note that normally a resident can stay in PRR for a maximum of 24 months.  There is no guarantee that a resident can stay through his/her entire period of studies. [Revised 1/8/08],

For the month in which you first arrive, lodging fee will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. For the months thereafter, lodging fee will be calculated on a monthly basis.

3. Early arrival and extension of stay is subject to flats/rooms/bedspaces availability, please email PAC Office for arrangements.

Withdrawal Policy:  The first month's lodging fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. For the months thereafter a 14-days notice of withdrawal, which is also non-refundable,  will be required.  However, residents leaving PFR for the following listed reasons are entitled to a refund on the unused portion of lodging fee:

•         Official withdrawal from the University

•         Medical reasons (documentation required)
