Research Interests
Dr. Lu is particularly concerned with developing advanced and robust control techniques for different robotic platforms. His interests include but are not limited to the following:
1)      Control for aircraft including UAVs  
2)      Control for robotics such as robot manipulators and quadruped robots
3)      Trajectory planning, reinforcement learning, optimal control, nonlinear adaptive control
5)      Vision-based navigation and control
