1) Who should take this course?  Anyone with a general interest in marine products and their cultivation and the commercial exploitation of the fresh and salt water regions of the world.

2) Who does take this course?  Biotechnology programme students as it is part of their 3rd year core, anyone else who wants to take it as an elective.

3) I am not a Biotech student could I still take 2304?  Yes, the course is not technically very demanding and most of the material covered is quite general and poses no problem for any student who is following any of the biological sciences programmes or chemistry.
