For many years, industrial/organizational psychologist Harry Hui has been applying psychological knowledge to improve effectiveness of organizations. Working closely with many companies and public bodies, he specializes in the measurement of attitudes, beliefs, aptitudes, and abilities of the workforce. The “Chinese Personality at Work” Questionnaire and the non-verbal “Analytical Reasoning Test” he developed has been administered to over 6,000 adults for the prediction of their work performance. 

Harry is also affiliated with the Chinese Management Centre housed in the University's School of Business, and is a member of the International Association of Applied Psychology, the International Association of Cross-Cultural Psychology, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Over the years he has taught such courses as “Fundamentals of Social Psychology,” “Industrial and Organizational Psychology,” “Advanced Industrial and Organizational Psychology,” “Introduction to Psychology,” “Love, Marriage, Sex, and Family: A Multidisciplinary Approach,” and “Christianity and Society.” His other professional activities include:
