copula regression. Journal of Royal Statistical Society C - Applied Statistics 58,
211-224.
This Bayesian copula-type dose-finding design searches for the MTD (maximum tolerated dose) with two or more drugs combined, each with several predefined dose levels.

Phase
I/II drug-combination trial design with adaptive randomization.
This seamless phase I/II trial design is to identify the most efficacious dose combination which also satisfies certain safety requirements for drug combinations. Multiple MTDs may be identified in phase I and a new Bayesian adaptive randomization is developed to favor more efficacious treatment arms in phase II.
