New release of user-friendly software.  For the latest version of BMA-CRM, please download it from M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.

This robust design solves the arbitrariness and subjectivity of the prespecified toxicity probabilities in the CRM.

This Bayesian copula-type dose-finding design searches for the MTD (maximum tolerated dose) with two or more drugs combined, each with several predefined dose levels.

*      Phase I/II drug-combination trial design with adaptive randomization.

This seamless phase I/II trial design is to identify the most efficacious dose combination which also satisfies certain safety requirements for drug combinations.  Multiple MTDs may be identified in phase I and a new Bayesian adaptive randomization is developed to favor more efficacious treatment arms in phase II.
