Annual Dinner 2012

Dear Members,

Update on the Annual Dinner of Food and Nutritional Science Society

Please be informed that the Annual Dinner of the Society will be held on 2nd June 2012 (Saturday) instead of 9th June 2012. Also, we are honoured to have invited Dr Edmund Li and Dr Jennifer Wan to join in the celebration!

An evening of fun awaits you – highlights of the programme include a marvelous music performance and lucky draw! The dinner is the golden opportunity farewell year 3 students who will soon graduate, as well as a great time for a reunion with friends after exam! Don’t hesitate, apply now!

Details of the Annual Dinner are as follows:

Venue: Joseph’s at Graduate House

Dress code: Formal

Fee: $140 (Member), $160 (Non-Member)

Target: Students majoring or minoring Food and Nutritional Science

Come and join Mentorship Programme to meet your mentors. Participate in this gathering to have group discussions and ask questions!

The Class Photo Taking Day has been held smoothly on 7 Feb. We are glad to have our Members participating in this memorable event. The photos will be distributed during the coming event, Welfare Week!

Mentorship Programme 2012

Mentorship Programme 2012 is now Recruiting Mentors!
The scheme aims to establish bondings and maintain connections between undergraduates and graduates.

The first gathering will be at 7:00-8:30p.m. on 30th March, 2012 (Friday).

Annual Dinner 2011
The Annual Dinner of Food and Nutritional Science Society, SS, HKUSU, Session 2010-2011 was held on 10th June, 2011. It seerved as a special event to farewell final year students.

BBQ Party
The BBQ Party was successfully held on 9/4/2011. All the participants have enjoyed a great time that day.

Bowling Competition
The Bowling Competition 2011 has been held on 1/3/2011. Congratulations to the winning team which has been awarded $100!!

Welfare Week and Career Talk
The Welfare Week and Career Talk 2011 of Food and Nutritional Science Society, SS, HKUSU were successfully held in February. Thank you for the support of all the members and non-members.
